Tatura German Military Cemetery is located to the west of Tatura next to the General Cemetery.
Historical Information
This cemetery contains the graves of 1 Turkish Soldier and 250 German civilian internees of the 1914-1918 War and German civilian internees, German Army and German Air Force of the 1939-1945 War. In addition, there is a screen wall memorial commemorating 27 German casualties, buried in Australia, whose graves could not be recovered or identified.
