Location Information

The village of Beauraing is located on the junctions of the N40/N95. From the motorway E411/A4 which runs between Namur and Luxembourg turn off at junction 22 onto the N94 direction Luxembourg, follow the N94 to the junction with the N911, turn right here direction Beauraing. Follow the N911 into the village to the railway crossing, directly after the crossing turn left into rue de la Gendarmerie and at the end of here left again into rue de Martouzin, go back over the railway and the cemetery is on the right. The graves are located in two separate places, along by the right hand wall and at the top of the left hand path.


Historical Information

Beauraing Communal Cemetery contains one Commonwealth burial of the First World War and one from the Second World War.



World War One Burial

32225 Private Percy Clarke Beck, 7th Bn. Leicestershire Regiment, died 6th November 1918.


World War Two Burial

3529753 Serjeant Charles Burgess, 8th Bn. The Parachute Regiment, A.A.C., died 5th January 1945, aged 22.
