Bruay-sur-l'Escault Communal Cemetery contains four Commonwealth burials of the First World War.

2007844 Sapper Howard Robert Ferris, 9th Bn., Canadian Engineers, died 5th November 1918, aged 26. Son of David Robert and Carrie Bush Ferris, of 1700, Burlergame Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A.

2010387 Sapper William John Foster, 9th Bn., Canadian Engineers, died 5th November 1918.

802426 Sapper Alexander Rufus Noah, 9th Bn., Canadian Engineers, died 5th November 1918, aged 20. Son of Cephas and Nancy Noah, of Middlemiss, Ontario, Canada.

2266107 Sapper William Grant Ward, 9th Bn., Canadian Engineers, died 5th November 1918, aged 24. Son of Mr. and Mrs.Charles O. Ward, of Lower Ireland, Co. Megannic, P.Q. Canada. Born at Clapham, P.Q. , Canada.
