CAËSTRE COMMUNAL CEMETERY

Location Information

Caëstre is a small town in the department of the Nord, 6 kilometres north-east of Hazebrouck. 

From the church in Caëstre, leave on the D16 and take the first left between the two cafes. Caëstre Communal Cemetery is 400 metres on the right hand side of the road. The Commonwealth War Graves plot is on the left hand side of the cemetery.


Historical Information

There are 12, 1914-18 and 20, 1939-45 war casualties commemorated in this site.
