Izel-lès-Équerchin Is a small village located between Douai and lens in Northern France.
Historical Information
The Communal Cemetery was used and extended by the enemy, but the German and French graves have now been removed and there remains on the South-East side the grave of one R.F.C. Officer who fell in April, 1917.
Burial Details
Second Lieutenant E. J. Pascoe, 29th Squadron, Royal Flying Corps, died 14th April 1917, aged 23. Son of Henry and Lucy Pascoe of "Shirley" Blinco Road, Peterborough.
