2nd Lieutenant Hugh Henry O'Sullivan, 6th Bn. North Staffordshire Regiment, died 10th June 1915, aged 27. Son of Mr. and Mrs. James O'sullivan, of High Bank, Burton-on-Trent. B.Sc. Hons (London). M.Sc. (Birmingham).
3035 Private A. Yapp, 1st Bn. Royal Warwickshire Regiment, died 8th February 1915.
