Location Information

Marpent is a village in the Department of the Nord, 10.5 kilometres east of Maubeuge in the valley of the Sambre. The Commission graves are in the south part of the Communal Cemetery.


Historical Information

There are 26, 1914-18 war casualties commemorated in this site. All died as prisoners in August-October, 1918.
