Matringhem is a small village in the Department of the Pas de Calais, approximately 30 kilometres east north east of Montreuil sur Mer and 4 kilometres east north east of Fruges, at the crossroads of the D133 and D104.

Matringhem Churchyard contains two Commonwealth burials of the First World War.
Burial Details
43615 Private Clifford Albert Andrew, 22nd Bn. Manchester Regiment, died 18th November 1916, aged 17. Son of the late William Radcliffe Andrew and Elizabeth Andrew, of Manchester. His brother Frederick also fell.
6282 Lance Corporal A. H. Rolls, 4th Bn. Middlesex Regiment, died 18th June 1917.
