Tonnerre (St. Pierre) Communal Cemetery contains the graves of three Commonwealth soldiers of the First World War, two of whom were killed in a railway accident. The cemetery lies on the Chemin des Vieux Châteaux which is just east of the town centre. The communal cemetery contains the graves of three Commonwealth soldiers of the Great War.

WR/254864 Lance Corporal William Percy Chapman, Royal Engineers, died in railway accident 5th August 1918, aged 48. His headstone bears the inscription "For He That Hath Suffered In The Flesh Hath Ceased From Sin"
WR/262374 Pioneer John Christie, Royal Engineers, died in railway accident 5th August 1918.
109079 Private Albert Tildsley, 1st Bn. Sherwood Foresters, (Notts and Derby Regiment) formerly 60768 Manchester Regiment, died 10th June 1918.
