There are 327, 1914-18 war casualties commemorated in this site.

Identified Casualties: United Kingdom 313, Canada 5, New Zealand 4, South Africa 2, Australia 1, Belgium 1. Total 326.

Unidentified Casualty: United Kingdom 1.

The cemetery covers an area of 1,042 square metres and is enclosed by a wall.

On the West side of it is ZUYDCOOTE FRENCH NATIONAL CEMETERY, made after the Armistice, and containing over 1,000 French and 170 German graves.

The cemetery was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and
George Hartley Goldsmith
