Location Information

Bonneville is a small village in the Somme Department. The Communal Cemetery is located North-West of the village on the D77 and contains two Commonwealth burials from the Great War.

Son of Mr. W. A. Dobbyn, of Riverdale, Newtown, Waterford.

​His headstone bears the inscription "Dulce Et Decorum Est Pro Patria Mori"

​Son of Thomas and Ellen Phelan, of 31, Errol St. West, Footscray, Victoria, Australia. Native of Ballarat, Victoria.

​​His headstone bears the inscription "May His Soul Rest In Peace O Lord Let Perpetual Light Shine On Him"
