Location Information

St Germain-au-Mont-d'Or is a village 14.5 kilometres north of Lyon.

The Cemetery is situated to the east of the village on the Rue du Souvenir, on a hill overlooking the River Saone. The Extension is situated on the west side of the Communal Cemetery.

For further information regarding wheelchair access, please contact our Enquiries Section on 01628 507200. The register is available in the Mairie on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 and 15.00 to 17.45 - Wednesday from 9.00 to 12.00 and Saturday from 9.00 to 11.30.

Son of Frederick and Florence Rose Glover, of The Lodge, Desborough, Northants.
 

His headstone bears the inscription "In Memory Of Our Dear One Who Died For The Cause Of Freedom For All"
