Location Information

The village of Ghlin is located north-west of Mons on the N50. From the E42 motorway turn off at the junction 24 and onto the N50 direction Ghlin. Follow the N50 into the town to the fourth crossroads, turn right here into rue Leopold 111 and then first left into rue Jean Manne. Follow this road to the end and turn right, the cemetery is on the left. The graves are located in the centre of the cemetery to the right of the path.


Historical Information

Ghlin Communal Cemetery contains one Commonwealth burial of the First World War.



Burial Details

3310498 Private W. F. Garvin, 3rd Bn. Canadian Machine Gun Corps, died 10th November 1918.
