Location Information

The town of Longueau is situated on the south-eastern outskirts of Amiens and the Communal Cemetery is on the eastern side of the town. 

Historical Information


Longueau Communal Cemetery contains four Commonwealth burials of the First World War, one of which is unidentified.


Burial Details

308062 Gunner John Brennan, "A" Battery 1st/2nd Lancs Brigade, Royal Garrison Artillery, died 29th May 1918.

3903 Private Patrick McMann, 22nd Heavy Bty. transf. to (633150) 995th Area Employment Coy. Labour Corps, Royal Garrison Artillery, died 11th February 1919, aged 42. Son of Peter and Margaret McMann, of 1, Matilda St., Belfast.

104994 Sapper Ernest Proudfoot, 25th Tunnelling Company, Royal Engineers, died 12th April 1918, aged 32. Husband of Mrs. E. Proudfoot, of 31, Bridge St. Tow Law. Co. Durham.
