LEE Noel - Brigadier General General Staff Cdg. 127th (Manchester T.F.) Bde. 42nd Division. Died of wounds 22 June 1915 Age 48. Brigadier General Noel Lee was wounded in action at the 3rd Battle of Krithia on 4th June 1915 while commanding the Manchester Infantry Brigade and subsequently died of his wounds in Malta Blue Sisters Hospital, Valletta Malta.
